This has been a frustrating season for T.Y. Hilton fantasy owners, and it doesn't look like things are going to get any better. After being inactive with a calf injury in Week 13, head coach Frank Reich's comments don't leave much room for optimism about his status for a Week 14 matchup with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Those comments of course leave the door open for Hilton to return at some point, but they also don't exactly convey much faith in his status for this week. It's worth monitoring the situation, but if you have Hilton on your roster then you'll probably need to find a replacement for him this week.

On the other side of the coin, this is great news if you own Zach Pascal, and that makes him a great waiver wire target for Week 14.

With Hilton on the shelf, Pascal went off for 109 yards on a season-high 10 targets. He's played five full games without Hilton this year, averaging 11.2 PPR fantasy points on 7.2 targets per game in that sample. It's worth noting that four of those five were also before Eric Ebron landed on IR, and Pascal's season-high 10 targets came in his first contest playing with both Hilton and Ebron out.

Making things even sweeter for Pascal is his matchup with the Bucs. Tampa Bay checks in at 25th in Football Outsiders' pass defense DVOA rankings, and they have surrendered the NFL's most fantasy points per game (in both standard and PPR scoring) to opposing wideouts.

In line for big volume in a great matchup, Pascal checks in at WR29 in our Week 14 PPR fantasy football rankings, making him a solid start for the first week of playoff action.
