Suns NBA Championship Odds Drop Sharply Following Game 4 Loss at FanDuel Sportsbook

28 years after their last NBA Finals appearance, the Phoenix Suns returned to the postseason's final round in style, winning the first two games of their series against the Milwaukee Bucks. However, the Suns couldn't figure out how to put the Bucks down in the two subsequent games and now the series is tied following Wednesday's 109-103 loss.
With the series being tied 2-2, the Suns are seeing their title odds dropping sharply on FanDuel Sportsbook.
Suns NBA Championship Odds
Entering Game 4, the Suns were the -270 favorites to win the 2020-21 NBA Championship. However, now that they've lost two games in a row, their odds have worsened to -145.
While Devin Booker dropped 42 points while shooting 17-for-28 (.607) from the field in Game 4, it wasn't enough to get Phoenix the victory.
One of the main reasons behind the Suns' loss on Wednesday was that their other top players didn't show up when needed. Despite having 17 rebounds, DeAndre Ayton recorded just 6 points on 9 field goal attempts. Chris Paul wasn't much better as he finished the night with 10 points on 38.5% shooting from the field while also owning a team-worst -10 plus/minus rating. That's just not going to cut it in the NBA Finals.
However, the Suns have the opportunity to make everyone forget about that Game 4 showing if they win Game 5 on Saturday. The Suns enter the game as the -145 favorites to win that contest.
