Starting at 1:05 p.m. ET, we have 10 races at Saratoga Friday.

As always, check the program for scratches and changes, and monitor the weather and track conditions.

(I will reference Equibase's Speed Figure in selected races, which tells you how fast a horse has been running in each of its races -- adjusted for track, distances, and conditions).

According to numberFire Racing's projections, these are some of the best bets to make at FanDuel Racing.

1. Sassy Melissa and Quality Stones, Race 8

FanDuel Racing Odds: 5/2 and 30/1

Race 8 is an Allowance sprint for 10 state bred fillies and mares at 5 1/2 furlongs on the turf. Sassy Melissa (5/2) has really run well since switching to trainer Jeremiah Englehart’s barn, and she's the obvious pick and projected winner by numberFire.

Sassy Melissa has a win ahead of today's rival Palace Gossip (5/1) in April. The Sassy favorite also has two runner-up finishes since March and just missed last race with a poor start. She ran well at The Spa last summer against weaker foes.

Makin My Move (7/2) is a threat with a good break from the rail and running on the lead with Irad Ortiz, Jr. trying to hold off brother Jose aboard the favorite, Sassy Melissa. Longshots Quality Stones (30/1) and Jill's a Hot Mess (15/1) are potential in-the-money finishers according to numberFire's data.

2. Dolce Zel and Al Qahira, Race 9

FanDuel Racing Odds: 3/1 and 12/1

Race 9 is the Lake George Stakes (G3) for 3-year-old fillies at 1-mile on the inner turf. Leading jockey and trainer Irad Ortiz, Jr. and Chad Brown team up with Dolce Zel (3/1), who makes her fourth straight graded stakes start this year. Dolce Zel has hit the board in all three starts and won the Florida Oaks in March, but has run better in her other two starts while finishing second and third.

Brown also saddles the numberFire top pick Eminent Victor (5/2), who won a minor stakes last month off a long layoff.

Al Qahira (12/1) comes off a convincing maiden win against a larger field going longer, and could use her tactical speed for another stalking trip to challenge. Koala Princess (7/2) and Skims (9/2) are trifecta additions according to numberFire.

3. Liberty Flame and Leeloo, Race 10

FanDuel Racing Odds: 12/1 and 5/1

Race 10 is an Allowance feature with a full field of 14 New York-bred fillies and mares sprinting 6 furlongs. The top finishers according to numberFire's algorithm is Fancy Feline (10/1), Leeloo (5/1) and Gringotts (15/1).

With 13 runners in the closing race of the day, Fancy Feline is an off-the-pace runner and closer who has missed the money in three straight starts following a pair of wins.

Let Her Inspire U (2/1) gets top billing as the favorite. She broke her maiden convincingly last month off a long layoff after missing a few times as favorite as a 2-year-old.

Leeloo (5/1) and Ready A.P. (5/1) are ridden by the Ortiz brothers, and they both hit the board at this level back in March. Leeloo has been off since then and returns for a new trainer and barn.

Liberty Flame (12/1) has some value and should improve with blinkers and better works after finishing just behind fourth place finisher Ready A.P. last race in late May.
