With a 6-1 record, the Seattle Seahawks are off to a terrific start for the 2020 NFL season. Much of this success can be attributed to one player — Russell Wilson. While he has never received an MVP vote in the past, he is making up for lost time this season, as he is dominating the MVP odds.

Currently, Wilson has -160 odds to win the NFL MVP, according to FanDuel Sportsbook. He took the lead in the odds after Week 2, and Wilson has not looked back since.

It would be tough to argue with Wilson's current MVP odds. He is winning games, completing 71.5 percent of his passes, is averaging 307.3 passing yards per game, and he leads the league with 26 passing touchdowns to just six interceptions. Wilson is on pace to pass for over 59 touchdowns, breaking Peyton Manning's record of 55.

Rounding out the top five in the NFL MVP odds is Patrick Mahomes (+350), Aaron Rodgers (+900), Tom Brady (+950) and Kyler Murray (+2200). The non-quarterback with the best odds to win NFL MVP is New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara, at +5000.
