The Baltimore Ravens will be looking to bounce back after their injury-riddled 2021 season. Baltimore lost starter after starter in 2021 en route to an 8-9 finish.

But they'll need more than just better injury luck to turn things around in 2022. The Ravens might have to make some tough roster decisions to bounce back next season. Here are three players that might not be on the roster next season.

Ravens 2022 Roster

3. Ben Powers, OG

The Ravens could save over $2.5 million if they decide to move on from Ben Powers. He's a solid guard but is little more than a depth piece at this point, and he's going to be playing behind Tyre Phillips at left guard. It wouldn't be a surprise to see Powers playing elsewhere in 2022.

2. Josh Oliver, TE

Josh Oliver is the third-string tight end in Baltimore, but he can be cut with no dead cap hit. It's hard to see a scenario where he gets much playing time behind the likes of Mark Andrews and Nick Boyle, as he played just 15% of the offensive snaps in 2021. Cutting Oliver would save Baltimore over $1 million.

1. Mike Davis, RB

The Ravens picked up Mike Davis this offseason, but running back is one of Baltimore's deepest position groups. This team has J.K. Dobbins returning from injury, Gus Edwards, Justice Hill, and rookie Tyler Badie. With the way Davis looked last year (3.6 yards per carry) there's no guarantee he'll win the RB3 job in training camp. And if he's down to RB4 or RB5, it could be hard to justify keeping Davis at his current cap hit.
