The Baltimore Ravens made a major change to their coaching staff at the end of the season, parting ways with offensive coordinator Greg Roman after four seasons. Their search for a new OC has already begun, and they're eyeing one candidate from a division rival.

On Monday, it was reported Baltimore will interview Cleveland Browns passing game coordinator and wide receivers coach Chad O'Shea for the role.

O'Shea will be far from the only candidate to book an interview in Baltimore, but he's an exciting option. The current Browns coordinator has worked for a number of different NFL teams, including the Miami Dolphins, Minnesota Vikings, and Kansas City Chiefs.

Baltimore has a clear need to improve their passing attack. Though Lamar Jackson missed the final five weeks of the season, the offense finished No. 28 in passing yards and No. 21 in passing touchdowns.
