Ravens Fans Get Bad News on Mark Ingram’s Latest Injury Progress

The Baltimore Ravens are coming off their bye to face the undefeated Pittsburgh Steelers. It will be a tough matchup where they need all hands on deck.
This is why the bye week came at the perfect time, hoping to re-group and get healthier. However, it appears a week was not enough time for everyone, following a pessimistic update on the Mark Ingram injury.

Ingram suffered an ankle injury in the Ravens' Week 6 game against the Philadelphia Eagles. The veteran running back has been sidelined at practice all week, and he is now being labeled as doubtful for this game.
While losing a starter is never good, running back is a position of depth for the Ravens. Ingram has ran for just 225 yards and two touchdowns through six games. Backing him up is the rookie, J.K. Dobbins, who has 154 yards and two touchdowns. The bruiser Gus Edwards has also seen plenty of field time, running for 218 yards and a touchdown.
Of course, Lamar Jackson also has his fair share of carries, leading the team with 346 rushing yards. While losing Ingram doesn't make them better, his 8.3 carries per game should be able to be covered up by the rest of the committee with relative ease.
