The Toronto Raptors shocked the NBA world by dethroning the Golden State Warriors, but they'll likely have a much tougher go of it this season. Kawhi Leonard is now a member of the Los Angeles Clippers, and the Raptors' odds to win the 2020 NBA Finals have dropped accordingly.

The Raptors (+3200) have the 11th-best odds to win the 2020 NBA Finals, behind Eastern Conference foes like the Milwaukee Bucks (+600), Philadelphia 76ers (+900) and Boston Celtics (+2300), according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

The Raptors were +750 as of July 1, so falling this far is a clear testament to Kawhi's talent and impact.

Outside of Kawhi, the Raptors' core is mainly intact. Kyle Lowry, Pascal Siakam, Serge Ibaka and Marc Gasol are all returning, so this team could still make a run. Toronto is listed at +1100 to win the Eastern Conference next season, and they're an intriguing long shot to do so, especially if Siakam takes another step forward.

Even though the Raptors will almost certainly take a step back after losing Kawhi, Toronto could still be a force to be reckoned with next season.
