Fantasy football is a game of matchups. There aren't a ton of players who are "must-start" options each and every week. Fantasy owners are often faced with tough decisions on who to start and, more often than not, a player's matchup is going to be one of the deciding factors.

Here's how every team's matchup stacks up for fantasy football purposes heading into Week 10 of the 2019 NFL season.

Note: The New England Patriots, Houston Texans, Philadelphia Eagles, Denver Broncos, Jacksonville Jaguars and Washington Redskins are on bye weeks and are unranked for Week 10.

26. Miami Dolphins (at IND)

Just as Preston Williams was threatening a breakout in the anemic Miami Dolphins' offense, his season came to an end. Las week's win came against one of the worst defenses in the NFL, and we can count on the Dolphins returning to their usual poor form this week in a far less favorable spot against the Indianapolis Colts.

25. Cincinnati Bengals (vs BAL)

24. Pittsburgh Steelers (vs LAR)

23. New York Jets (vs NYG)

22. Detroit Lions (at CHI)

21. Chicago Bears (vs DET)

20. Buffalo Bills (at CLE)

19. Tennessee Titans (vs KC)

18. Carolina Panthers (at GB)

17. Atlanta Falcons (at NO)

16. Seattle Seahawks (at SF)

It's hard to downgrade Russell Wilson and Tyler Lockett too far, but the San Francisco 49ers have been a nightmare matchup this year. They rank first in Football Outsiders' pass defense DVOA rankings, and they're holding opponents to bottom-six fantasy production at the QB, RB and WR positions.

15. Cleveland Browns (vs BUF)

14. New York Giants (at NYJ)

13. Minnesota Vikings (at DAL)

12. Los Angeles Rams (at PIT)

11. Arizona Cardinals (at TB)

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have been stout against the run this season, but they're allowing the fourth-most fantasy points per game to opposing QBs and the most to WRs. Kyler Murray and company should have little trouble doing serious damage through the air this week, and their high-paced style means there should be enough volume to support plenty of fantasy-relevant pass-catchers.

10. Oakland Raiders (vs LAC)

9. Dallas Cowboys (vs MIN)

8. San Francisco 49ers (vs SEA)

7. Green Bay Packers (vs CAR)

6. Los Angeles Chargers (at OAK)

5. Kansas City Chiefs (at TEN)

4. Indianapolis Colts (vs MIA)

3. Baltimore Ravens (at CIN)

2. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (vs ARI)

1. New Orleans Saints (vs ATL)

Everything is working in the New Orleans Saints' favor this week. Drew Brees is back. Alvin Kamara is expected to return. They're playing at home. They're against an Atlanta Falcons defense that ranks 30th in Football Outsiders' DVOA rankings. You can feel good about firing up just about anybody wearing black and gold in Week 10.
