The Philadelphia Eagles will have a chance to knot their record at 6-6 in Week 13, as they travel to Miami to face the Dolphins as 10-point favorites, according to FanDuel Sportsbook. With a win the 2018 Super Bowl champs would be tied atop the NFC East. However, the Eagles' odds to win the division (+105) remain behind the Dallas Cowboys, who are currently the odd-on favorite, at -125, to win the NFC East title.

Despite the Eagles being underdogs, their remaining schedule is very favorable. So much so that it would only take a few things going in their direction for them to potentially leapfrog the Cowboys for the division title and a playoff berth. With that in mind, here's a road map for the Eagles to take home the NFC East crown.

1. Beat the 2-9 Dolphins as Double-Digit Favorites in Week 13

If the Eagles want to enhance their playoff odds, beating the lowly Dolphins on the road in Week 13 is a start. Despite playing better in recent weeks, the Dolphins are still double-digit home underdogs against Philadelphia. The Eagles will welcome back WR Alshon Jeffery, following a two-week absence, and we've seen what he can do when healthy. Even with Zach Ertz dealing with a hamstring issue, the Eagles have enough talent to beat the Dolphins.

2. Must-Win Game With Cowboys in Week 16

Following Miami, the Eagles have two divisional matchups against the New York Giants and Washington Redskins, who are a combined 4-18 heading into Week 13. The Cowboys, on the other hand, play the Chicago Bears and Los Angeles Rams, who are both at or above .500. There is a chance the Eagles are already atop the NFC East standings by Week 16, when they host the Cowboys in Week 16, but no matter their record it's a must-win game for Philly. The Cowboys won the first matchup in Dallas, 37-10, in Week 7, and Philadelphia will need to even the season series to ensure that the division tiebreaker doesn't come down to their head-to-head matchups. If the Eagles defeat the Cowboys, they'll be one step closer to making the playoffs.

3. Victory in Season Finale vs Giants in Week 17

The Eagles will close out their season on the road in Week 17, facing off the Giants for the second time in four weeks. Dallas, meanwhile, will be home to face the Redskins. While the Eagles can help their cause by beating the Cowboys in Week 16, Dallas is currently 4-0 in the NFC East while Philadelphia is just 1-1 (with four NFC East games to close out the season). With division record being the second tiebreaker after head-to-head matchup, it's likely that the Eagles will need to finish one game better than the Cowboys. Either way, a Week 17 win over the Giants could be the final piece to get the Eagles to the top of the NFC East mountain and into the 2019 NFL playoffs.
