Even after notching an important Week 8 win in London, the Denver Broncos are possible sellers ahead of Tuesday's NFL trade deadline. Pass rusher Bradley Chubb and wide receiver Jerry Jeudy are viewed as Denver's most likely trade pieces, with the former linked to several suitors.
On Monday, one of those candidates bowed out of the Chubb sweepstakes.
New York Jets insider Rich Cimini reported on Monday that the team has no interest in Chubb, according to his sources. He cites New York's defensive line being "one of their strongest positions" as a major reason why.
Cimini is right. The Jets rank inside the top 10 in sacks (21) and allow the ninth-fewest rushing yards per game in football. Trading for Chubb wouldn't be the best use of resources when New York still has other issues to address, especially on offense.
The Jets may be out of the running, but the Miami Dolphins are still considered frontrunners to land the veteran Broncos defender before Tuesday's deadline.
