PFF’s Ranking of All 32 Offensive Lines Should Get Cleveland Browns Fans Hyped
By Max Staley

The Cleveland Browns' offensive line was one of the worst units in the league last season, but that's not exactly a secret. Many blamed the line's deficiencies for the offense's lackluster season in 2019, and Pro Football Focus (PFF) gave the unit the league's fourth-worst run-blocking grade.
But thanks to some savvy offseason additions, there's a lot of hype around this unit. In fact, PFF now ranks the Browns' offensive line as the sixth-best O-Line in the league.

Naturally, the resources Cleveland spent on the tackle position are the biggest reason for this shift. The team gave star tackle Jack Conklin a three-year, $42 million deal in free agency, and the Browns also spent the No. 10 overall pick on Jedrick Wills Jr.

With standout guard Joel Bitonio still on the roster, this is shaping up to be a really effective unit next season. If the Browns' offensive line takes a major step forward in 2020, as PFF believes it will, Cleveland's offense will be one to watch next season.
