Packers Get Great Aaron Rodgers Injury Update Ahead of Week 11 Clash With Vikings
By Larry Rupp

The Green Bay Packers go on the road for a tough divisional matchup against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 11. The health of quarterback Aaron Rodgers has been in question all week, but his latest injury update comes with great news. The reigning NFL MVP will start on Sunday afternoon.
#Packers QB Aaron Rodgers will start today against the #Vikings despite a painful toe injury that limited him to only about 15 reps in practice Friday, per sources. The hope is it’ll improve with rest at the bye, but between the toe and COVID, limited practice time is a concern.

Aaron Rodgers Injury Update
Rodgers was activated off the COVID-19 list shortly before the Packers' Week 10 game and has also been dealing with a toe injury. Those two issues combined have left him very limited at practice over the last two weeks. The veteran signal-caller has shown he can overcome injuries in the past, though.
Having Rodgers on the field will be a welcome sight given second-year pro Jordan Love struggled in his only start of the year, back in Week 9. The Packers ended up losing that game 14-7. However, they haven't lost a game since Week 1 with Rodgers at the helm and currently boast the No. 1 seed in the NFC conference.
When Green Bay is firing on all cylinders, it is hard for anyone to beat them. Rodgers is completing 66.4% of his pass attempts and averaging 11.2 yards per completion this season. His skills will be put to the test against a Vikings team that has posted Football Outsiders' sixth-best pass defense DVOA rating in the NFL.
Overall, Rodgers owns a 15-9-1 career record against Minnesota and will look to improve that mark with another win at U.S. Bank Stadium. The Packers are slated as narrow 1.5-point favorites against the Vikings, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
