With the Big Ten Championship matchup officially set between the Northwestern Wildcats and Ohio State Buckeyes, FanDuel Sportsbook has already released their opening betting odds for the game.

Northwestern fans may want to look away, because the odds have this one as a complete mismatch. Ohio State is favored by a whopping 20.5 points.

Ohio State has only played five games in the 2020 season, but they've looked terrific. They've scored no fewer than 38 points in any of the five, averaging 46.6 per game. The only time they really had any issues was against then-No. 9 Indiana, and the Buckeyes still won that game by a full touchdown.

Northwestern has put together a strong season in their own right, with their most noteworthy win being a 17-7 upset over then-No. 10 Wisconsin. They dropped their most recent game against Michigan State, 29-20, however.

Michigan State also happens to be OSU's last opponent, and they throttled the Spartans 52-12.

It took a slight tweak to the rules for Ohio State to make it to this game, which originally required a team to have played six games to make the conference championship. But now that they're here, they're not expected to have much trouble against the Wildcats.
