The NFL's slate of Super Wild Card Weekend matchups includes an AFC East showdown between the San Francisco 49ers and Dallas Cowboys. FanDuel Sportsbook is favoring the Cowboys as the 3-point home favorites.

If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this NFC Wild Card showdown.

Deebo Samuel Fantasy

Start Deebo Samuel, WR, San Francisco 49ers: Deebo Samuel emerged as both a pass-catching and rushing threat in 2021, ending the season with 1,770 total yards from scrimmage and 14 touchdowns on 136 touches. While the Cowboys had one of the better defenses this year, they still surrendered 10th-most PPR fantasy points to wideouts. There's no question that Samuel is San Francisco's top offensive option — especially with nine TDs in his last eight games — and that should be no different on Wild Card Weekend.

Dak Prescott Fantasy

Start Dak Prescott, QB, Dallas Cowboys: There might not be a hotter quarterback than Dak Prescott at the moment. The sixth-year signal-caller has touchdowns in seven straight games, including a whopping 12 in his last three outings. Dallas will count on him for another major performance against a 49ers defense that's given up the 14th-most points to quarterbacks this season. Those might be high expectations to live up to, but Prescott has proven on more than one occasion that he can play like a top-5 QB when the pressure is on.

Jauan Jennings Fantasy

Sit Jauan Jennings, WR, San Francisco 49ers: Former seventh-round pick Jauan Jennings had the best performance of his young career in Week 18, finishing with six catches for 94 yards and two touchdowns. While that's better than anything he's done before, that doesn't make him a trustworthy fantasy option. Samuel, Brandon Aiyuk and George Kittle are still the 49ers' top-3 passing options, making it tough to predict what Jennings will do. He could have a more established role next season, however, that means he should stay out of fantasy lineups this postseason.

Corey Clement Fantasy

Sit Corey Clement, RB, Dallas Cowboys: Corey Clement had an excellent Week 18 performance, finishing with 18.0 points in PPR formats. Even though he's taken over Tony Pollard's spot as Dallas' No. 2 running back, he doesn't have the same explosivity that the former has to be a fantasy-relevant option. It also doesn't help that the 49ers are a top-10 team against RBs. Ezekiel Elliott is the Cowboys starting running back for a reason and it's hard to imagine them deviating away from him in a must-win game. Clement will get some opportunities, but don't count on him making an impact fantasy-wise.
