We're now over halfway through the 2019 NFL season, and the playoff picture is becoming increasingly clear. That doesn't mean football still can't surprise us though, as evidenced by the Baltimore Ravens' victory over the New England Patriots, and the Miami Dolphins earning their first win of the season in Week 9.

If you're looking to wager on this week's slate of games, here are three matchups that can potentially be exploited against the spread (ATS).

1. Arizona Cardinals (+4.5) vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Arizona Cardinals have been a far more competent team than many were expecting entering this season. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, meanwhile, don't matchup with this Cardinals team particularly well. Kyler Murray is 2-0 against teams that rank in the bottom 10 of Football Outsiders' pass defense DVOA rankings (Tampa Bay is the seventh-worst D by that metric), and he averaged 296.5 passing yards per game across those two. With Tampa Bay surrendering 293.5 passing yards per game, the second-worst average in the NFL, Murray could keep the Cardinals within striking distance come Sunday.

2. Los Angeles Rams vs. Pittsburgh Steelers (+3.5)

The Los Angeles Rams' offense hasn't seemed to click yet, and unless something changes coming off their bye week, they could struggle to put the Pittsburgh Steelers away. Jared Goff and the Rams' attack has turned the ball over on 13.3 percent of its drives, the 10th-worst mark in the NFL. That could be problematic against a Steelers' defense that has excelled at generating takeaways, leading the league with a turnover percentage of 23.3 percent. Goff has also fumbled the ball six times this season, and the Pittsburgh defense leads the NFL with 11 fumble recoveries. If Goff can't maintain possession, Pittsburgh has a chance to keep this one within four points at home.

3. Miami Dolphins (+10.5) vs. Indianapolis Colts

After getting blown out in historic fashion over the first four games of the season, the Dolphins have actually been relatively competent as of late. Miami is just 1-3 in its last four games, but only one of those losses came by more than 10 points. Ryan Fitzpatrick has this offense playing far better than it was at the beginning of the year, and Miami's opponent, the Indianapolis Colts, haven't exactly been blowing out opponents this season. None of Indianapolis' five wins have come by double digits, and the Colts' starting QB Jacoby Brissett might not be healthy enough to suit up in Week 10. It's hard to feel confident in the Dolphins, but they have a shot to keep this one within 10 points.
