NFL Insider Gives Update on Danielle Hunter Trade Rumors
The NFL trade market is heating up, and there could be more high-profile players on the move after a flurry of moves this past week. One candidate to find a new home is Danielle Hunter, whose long-term future with the Minnesota Vikings is in up in the air.
Danielle Hunter Trade Rumors
ESPN's Jeremy Fowler has provided an update on trade talks involving Hunter as the new league year approaches.

Fowler reported that "multiple" teams have reached to Minnesota about Hunter's availability. The NFL insider also said there's several execs around the league who expect a deal could be had for the Pro Bowler given the Vikings' cap issues.
Perhaps the most important part of Fowler's update is that Minnesota isn't "actively" shopping the six-year veteran, but all it takes is one attractive offer to get the ball rolling.
Hunter is coming off of an injury-shortened 2021 campaign where he played in just seven games. He was productive, though, recording 6.0 sacks, 10 QB hits and 6 tackles for loss.
Health has been an issue for the edge rusher, as he missed the entire 2020 season due to neck surgery. He looked poised to hit superstardom before that after earning two straight Pro Bowl nods and finishing fifth in Defensive Player of the Year voting in 2019.
New Vikings GM Kwesi Adofo-Mensah has a huge decision to make as Hunter's $18 million roster bonus on March 20 looms.
