New Angle of Drew Lock Interception is Even Worse Than You Thought

The Denver Broncos are kicking themselves after dropping a winnable game against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday night. Quarterback Drew Lock was plagued by turnovers once again, and it hurt his team.
Lock's first interception came just as the Broncos were driving in Kansas City territory, and a new angle of the INT makes it look even worse.

The sophomore QB took an unnecessary risk despite having a wide open receiver, and paid the price, with Tyrann Mathieu picking the errant pass off.
Lock finished that game against the Chiefs with 151 yards, 2 touchdowns and 2 interceptions. Mathieu actually picked Lock off twice, including in the final minute of the game to seal the Broncos' fate.
Denver's quarterback has thrown 2 or more INTs in four games this season, with his team going a dismal 1-3 in those matchups. The team stands at 4-8 overall in 2020.
Lock only trails Carson Wentz (15) in most picks thrown this year, and with Wentz possibly being replaced in Philadelphia, Lock has a chance to pace the league, which is not what Broncos fans were hoping to see from the second-year QB.
