Jimmy Graham's best football is behind him. He hasn't broken 1,000 receiving yards since 2013, when he racked up 1,215 receiving yards and 16 touchdowns. Even if he'll never reach those heights again, Graham is still a solid pass-catcher, tallying a combined 1,083 receiving yards and 5 TDs during his two-year stint with the Green Bay Packers.

Despite that solid production, the team decided to release Graham this offseason. Given that he's still productive in the right role, he should have no shortage of suitors this offseason, so here are three of the most likely destinations for Graham this offseason.

3. New England Patriots

As arguably the most TE-needy team in the NFL, the New England Patriots are a logical landing spot for Graham. Even if he's nowhere near the peak of his powers, he'd undoubtedly be an upgrade on what New England currently has, as no Patriots' tight end reached even 200 receiving yards last season.

2. Atlanta Falcons

After a breakout season, Austin Hooper is likely too expensive for the Atlanta Falcons to retain. Given how cap-strapped this team is, they'll likely need to target a more cost-effective option. Graham fits the bill. He'll turn 34 years old midway through next season, and is likely to be much-cheaper than other tight ends on the open market.

1. Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jacksonville Jaguars have a pretty underrated skill-position group. DJ Chark is emerging as a legitimate No. 1 wideout, Leonard Fournette is coming off a career season, and other options, like Dede Westbrook, have shown flashes. One position they could stand to upgrade, however, is tight end. James O'Shaughnessy was the team's leading receiver at the position, and he only had 153 receiving yards in just five games played. If Graham can be had at the right price, he'd be a nice fit in Jacksonville.
