If you still have players on your fantasy team yet to play their Week 14 game, it means that the "Monday Night Football" matchup between the New York Giants and Philadelphia Eagles will likely determine whether you're coming away with a win or not. There's no room for error when it comes to your starting lineup, specifically if you have multiple options for the game.

With that in mind, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for Monday's matchup between the Giants and Eagles.

MNF Fantasy Football

Start Miles Sanders, RB, Philadelphia Eagles: Despite getting in a limited practice on Friday, Jordan Howard doesn't look likely to return tonight. That would put Miles Sanders in line for workhorse volume again. He's played over 80 percent of the offensive snaps in each of the Eagles' last three games, averaging 18.0 opportunities (13.3 carries plus 4.7 targets) per game in that time. That workload should be money against the Giants, who check in at 27th in Football Outsiders' defensive DVOA rankings.

Start Sterling Shepard, WR, New York Giants: Having cleared the concussion protocol, Golden Tate should be back in action tonight, and this will be only the third time both Tate and Sterling Shepard have played together. Shepard saw nine targets in each of those first two games, compared to six and seven for Tate, establishing himself as the No. 1 option even when both are healthy. That type of volume is easy to like against the Eagles, who have surrendered the sixth-most PPR fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts.

Sit Jay Ajayi, RB, Philadelphia Eagles: If the Jay Ajayi breakout game didn't come against the Miami Dolphins in Week 13, it's likely never going to come. Even with Howard out, Ajayi has played only eight snaps in each of his two games, seeing a total of eight carries. As a one-dimensional rusher, this matchup is also a tough one if he does get on the field, as Football Outsiders' DVOA metrics have the Giants ranked much better against the run (11th) than the pass (30th).

Sit Dallas Goedert, TE, Philadelphia Eagles: If you're looking for a streaming tight end option tonight, you're better off going to the other side of the ball with Kaden Smith. With Alshon Jeffery back in the lineup in Week 13, Goedert saw his snap share plummet from 88 percent to 57 percent. Smith is set to play an every-down role with Evan Engram and Rhett Ellison out, and he's topped a 90 percent snap share in each of the last two games, tallying a combined 14 targets and 25.7 PPR fantasy points.
