Monday Night Football Fantasy Picks: Start 'Em, Sit' Em for Green Bay Packers vs Detroit Lions

If you still have players on your fantasy team yet to play their Week 6 game, it means that tonight's "Monday Night Football" matchup between the Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions will likely determine whether you're coming away with a win or not. There's no room for error when it comes to your starting lineup, specifically if you have multiple options for the game.
With that in mind, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for Monday's matchup between the division-rival Lions and Packers.
Officially Monday. ?

MNF Fantasy Football
Start Marquez Valdes-Scantling, WR, Green Bay Packers: Marquez Valdes-Scantling played a season-high 94 percent of the Packers' snaps with Davante Adams on the shelf in Week 5, but he saw a season-low four targets as the team's No. 1 WR. Considering MVS averaged seven targets per game across his first four contests, we can expect his workload to rebound with Adams sidelined again.
Start Geronimo Allison, WR, Green Bay Packers: Geronimo Allison also saw a season-high snap share in Week 5, while racking up a season-high six targets. He doesn't have the upside that Valdes-Scantling does, working more on short routes from the slot, but that gives Allison a particularly solid floor in PPR leagues. Both top Packers WRs sit in the top 36 at the position in our Week 6 PPR fantasy football rankings.
Great news! Jamaal Williams has passed his concussion tests and is back at practice

Welcome back, Jamaal?? #GoPackGo pic.twitter.com/E3EjuhBKbh
Sit Jamaal Williams, RB, Green Bay Packers: Jamaal Williams has quietly played a big role when healthy this season, and Aaron Jones only truly took on a bell-cow workload when Williams went down with a concussion. Williams is back in action tonight after a two-game absence, and while his climbing volume is intriguing (he outsnapped Jones in Week 3 before getting hurt in Week 4), Jones is coming off a couple of big games. Plus, there's a real chance that the Packers ease Williams back into action with a reduced workload tonight.
Sit T.J. Hockenson, TE, Detroit Lions: If you've got T.J. Hockenson in your starting lineup and are in the 27 percent of Yahoo! Fantasy Football leagues in which Jimmy Graham is still on the waiver wire, you should make that swap at tight end. And if you're considering Hockenson in a FLEX spot, you're likely going to be better off with whoever else you're considering. The Packers have held opposing tight ends to bottom-five fantasy production in 2019, and Hockenson has seen his volume fall to 3.3 targets per game over the last three contests, following his Week 1 breakout against the Arizona Cardinals.
