MLB Power Rankings by the Odds for World Series Contenders on FanDuel Sportsbook

The 2021 MLB postseason is around the corner and pennant races for both leagues are taking full shape. Nine teams across the league remain less than 10.0 games out of their respective division races while eight teams sit less than 10.0 games back in the Wild Card race.

MLB Power Rankings 2021

The Los Angeles Dodgers remain in second place in the NL West, but still own the leading MLB odds to win their second World Series title in as many years. While the Dodgers hold leading +340 odds, the San Francisco Giants are continuing to make their move. Both teams are 8-2 in their last 10 games and the Giants' odds have improved from +1300 to +800.

The Houston Astros, who sit atop the AL West by 2.5 games, went just 5-5 in their last 10 games but still own the second-best World Series odds in baseball (+480). Another AL favorite is the Chicago White Sox, who retain +600 odds.

In the AL East, four teams remain in the hunt. The second-place Boston Red Sox are just 5-5 in their last 10 and see their odds dropping sharply to +2700 from +1600 last week. The Tampa Bay Rays hold +850 odds while both the New York Yankees and Toronto Blue Jays share +2100 odds.
