Philadelphia Phillies Offseason
Fresh off a World Series appearance, this has to make Phillies fans feel great. The team may have surprised some folks with their playoff run last season, but they didn't see that as a chance to get complacent. Instead, Philadelphia pushed forward and made some big splashes this offseason, including signing star shortstop Trea Turner.
Additions to both their starting rotation in Taijuan Walker and bullpen in Craig Kimbrel, Gregory Soto and Matt Strahm have this new-look Phillies team poised for another run, and the smartest minds in baseball wholeheartedly agree.
Philadelphia currently has +1400 odds to win the 2023 World Series, which are the seventh-best odds in baseball according to FanDuel Sportsbook's latest MLB odds.
