Matthew Stafford was forced to sit out the Detroit Lions' 20-13 loss to the Chicago Bears in Week 10, ending his team-record streak of 136 consecutive regular-season starts. After missing practice on Wednesday, Stafford is trending toward missing his second straight game, which would mean another start by backup Jeff Driskel.

Is Matthew Stafford Playing This Week

If Stafford doesn't play versus the Dallas Cowboys, it would hurt the entire Lions offense and it looks like he's 50-50 at best.

This is really bad news for all of the Lions' wide receivers so you'll have to downgrade Kenny Golladay, Marvin Jones Jr. and Danny Amendola in your Week 11 rankings, if Driskel does start.

The Louisiana Tech product did a serviceable job last week, going 27-for-46 for 269 yards, one touchdown and one interception to go along with five carries for 37 yards, but the team's receiving back, J.D. McKissic, led the team with six receptions.

The Cowboys are already a tough matchup for Detroit's WRs, giving up the second-fewest fantasy points to the position so far this season.

While it's still possible that Stafford ultimately plays, it's looking like his back injury could turn into an extended absence. Golladay was initially ranked WR22 in our Week 11 fantasy football PPR rankings, but that should be adjusted accordingly if Driskel is under center versus Dallas come Sunday.
