The 2019 NBA Draft is headlined by Zion Williamson, which makes this year's NBA Lottery extremely important. As things currently stand, the Phoenix Suns, the Cleveland Cavaliers and the New York Knicks all have a 14.0 percent chance at landing the No. 1 overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft.

However, the Knicks are currently favored to get the first overall pick, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

The Knicks finished at 17-65 this season, which was the worst record in basketball. The NBA used to give the team with the worst record in the league a 25.0 percent chance at getting the No. 1 overall pick.

However, the NBA Lottery shifted its format this year, and now the bottom-three teams in the standings all have an equal shot at landing the first pick.

While Knicks fans are likely frustrated by this change, hopefully having the best betting odds to land the first overall pick will raise their spirits.

However, it's no surprise Knicks fans are likely a little skeptical, as New York hasn't won the lottery since 1985. Meanwhile, the Suns won the lottery last year, and the Cavaliers have won the lottery four times since 2003.

While the Knicks have been unlucky as of late, these odds might be a sign that the tides are finally turning in their favor.
