The Atlanta Falcons' roster has them in a sort of a limbo. They're not an overly young team and have some serious top-end talent that could make them competitive. But they also were not at all competitive in 2020, which is why they are picking No. 4 on Thursday night.

This roster needs a clear direction and identity, and it looks like that identity will be "rebuilding" according to the latest buzz.

The Falcons are reportedly interested in shopping Julio Jones.

A deal won't happen before the draft because of the salary cap concerns, but a move this offseason is a real possibility.

With that in mind, here are the three most likely Julio Jones trade destinations.

Julio Jones Trade Destinations

1. Las Vegas Raiders

The Las Vegas Raiders don't seem too concerned with being a balanced football team. The goal is to out-score your opponents, and Jon Gruden's squad is trying to do that with offensive firepower. They seem convinced that Derek Carr is their answer at QB, which means they'll need to get him even more help than he's had over the last couple seasons. John Brown has been brought in to replace Nelson Agholor, but that means this WR group still looks pretty similar to last year's. Julio could take it to the next level. The Raiders aren't exactly flush with cap space, but a few restructures and cuts (like Jalen Richard, who could free up $3.5 million now that Kenyan Drake is in town) could help get this done.

2. Washington Football Team

At this time last year, the Washington Football Team was clearly in rebuild mode. But after winning the NFC East and boasting one of the best defenses in football last year, being a playoff contender is clearly on the table. Ryan Fitzpatrick is expected to be under center this season, and both for Fitz's sake and for the sake of whichever young QB Washington brings in as an eventual successor, adding another offensive weapon would be a big win. Terry McLaurin and Curtis Samuel are studs, but Jones' presence would elevate this offense to the level it needs to play at in order to complement the defense.

3. Los Angeles Chargers

Another young team on the fast track to contending, the Los Angeles Chargers' focus is on setting Justin Herbert up for success. Shoring up the offensive line with players like Corey Linsley is a step in the right direction, but adding another receiving threat could really put this group over the top. Good luck covering Keenan Allen, Mike Williams and Julio Jones while also keeping an eye on Austin Ekeler out of the backfield. The Chargers have more than enough cap space to take on Jones' contract, and they would instantly be in the Wild Card conversation with Julio added to the receiving corps.
