Titans Get Concerning Julio Jones Injury Update After Missing Practice Again

The Tennessee Titans ignored any concerns about Julio Jones' age or recent injuries and swung a trade for the future Hall-of-Famer this offseason. The wideout played in 14 or more games from 2014-2019, so the hope was that 2020 was a minor blip.
However, Jones went down in practice on Monday and made an early exit. Whatever Jones tweaked was enough to make Tennessee pull the reigns back on their star receiver,
Vrabel says #Titans will be cautious with Julio Jones, who missed second straight practice. Sounds like he'll be monitored/limited throughout the rest of camp.

Julio Jones Injury
Jones left Monday's practice after coming down awkwardly following a catch attempt, and he hasn't hit the practice field since. There's no word on what specific body part is bothering him, but the Titans aren't going to push their wideout. Head coach Mike Vrabel noted that Jones may be limited for the rest of training camp.
This is certainly a cause for concern, even if it's not expected to be a serious injury at the moment. Several ailments popped up last year for Jones and prevented him from ever being 100% healthy. He appeared in just nine games for the Atlanta Falcons last season and missed practice almost weekly while trying to get his body right.
The 32-year-old being available and having another All-Pro year is key to the Titans' Super Bowl hopes. Tennessee owns the 10th-best odds to win Super Bowl LVI at +2500, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
