Hawks NBA Finals Odds Explode After Giannis Antetokounmpo's Injury

The Atlanta Hawks have new life after Tuesday's potentially series-changing results. The story of Game 4 is Giannis Antetokounmpo's potential knee injury, and the Hawks capitalized on his absence during much of the second half to tie the series up at 2-2.
Now Atlanta has some momentum following their commanding win without Trae Young. And their odds to win the NBA Finals on FanDuel Sportsbook are climbing.

Hawks NBA Finals Odds
Atlanta was considered a longshot to win the NBA title at +3200 odds heading into Tuesday's contest. But after tying the series and Antetokounmpo suffering a potential injury that sidelines him, the Hawks are now just +550 to win the Finals. They are right on Milwaukee's heels (+450) and would likely pass them if Antetokounmpo is ruled out for Thursday's matchup.
This makes Game 5 a pivotal matchup for both sides, although each team may be playing without their No. 1 options. Young's status is just as up in the air as Antetokounmpo's after he was forced to sit out Game 4 with an ankle injury.
Game 5 could be a battle of supporting casts with a crucial 3-2 series lead on the line. Milwaukee is currently favored by 2.5 points ahead of their clash on Thursday.
