The New York Giants have now endured three consecutive losing seasons. Heading into 2020 with a franchise quarterback and running back in place plus improvements made to the defense, the franchise and its fans are expecting a big leap.

While win totals have come out for every team, FanDuel Sportsbook has also released the spreads for every New York Giants game in the 2020 season, and fans of Big Blue are going to be disappointed.

The most shocking part about the Giants' schedule of spreads is that they're only favored in two games all season, a home game against Cardinals (-1.5) and another home game against the Washington Redskins (-3.5). That leaves them as underdogs in seven of their eight division games.

The Cowboy and Eagles clearly project to be better than New York, but the fans have to be upset about not being favored in both the games against Washington, a team that projects to have the worst win total in the NFL.

While it's easy to see the Giants as a bad team given their recent history, they have made some solid signings in the offseason, have 10 picks in the 2020 NFL Draft (including No. 4 overall) and another year of experience and health from Saquon Barkley and Daniel Jones.

We could see anything from the Giants in 2020, but it's surely daunting to see how little confidence the oddsmakers have in them heading into the upcoming season.
