Dwayne Haskins is going to get taken in the first round of the NFL Draft. After a fantastic year at Ohio State and a great combine performance, we at least know the Big Ten Player of the Year will be a high pick on April 25.

But we don't yet know where he'll end up. There are plenty of quarterback-needy teams in the Top 15, even if it looks like Kyler Murray will be drafted ahead of Haskins at this point in time. The Jaguars, Redskins, Dolphins, Giants and Raiders could all use a young promising quarterback to bolster their roster. But right now it looks like Haskins will be heading back home to the tri-state area.

The Giants may have "committed" to Eli Manning for 2019, but that doesn't mean they're going to make the same mistake they made last year. New York needs a quarterback for the future and Haskins could be just that.

The odds for Haskins' team on FanDuel Sportsbook still have the Giants as the favorite at (+225). After his two-day visit this week with the team, those might even drop.

However, there's now a sneaky second team gaining steam right in the Giants' own division. The Washington Redskins' odds now sit at (+250), a massive jump from (+600) before free agency. So if Haskins somehow slips through the cracks at No. 6, it looks like he might be going No. 15.

For now, the Giants are still the favorite to pick up Haskins based on the odds. If that was the case, they would be pairing the 2018 Big Ten Offensive Player of the Year with the 2016 and 2017 Big Ten Offensive Player of the Year in Saquon Barkley, which is probably a recipe for success.

We won't know for sure if Haskins is a Giant until April 25, but for right now all signs seem to point to the former Ohio State star wearing blue in 2019.
