San Fransisco 49ers tight end George Kittle asked for something on Twitter that most NFL fans were likely already thinking. After seeing a video posted by NFL Throwback – one of the best Twitter follows out there – of the 1998 QB Challenge at that year's Pro Bowl, Kittle made a simple request.

"Can we bring this back?" he asked in a tweet. He also said he was "Asking for a friend" while tagging his quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo's Twitter handle.

The video features old-school names like Kordell Stewart, Brett Favre and Drew Bledsoe competing to see which QB can chuck a football the furthest. A young Jim Harbaugh, sans his trademark khakis, even makes an appearance.

While Kittle's allegiance to his quarterback is nice to see, I think we all know who would likely win this competition. That would be Kansas City Chiefs' rocket-armed QB and defending league MVP Patrick Mahomes.

Regardless, Kittle has a point. The Pro Bowl has grown stale over the years and bringing back the QB Challenge would go a long way to restoring the event to its former glory.
