Florida State Opens as Ridiculous Home Underdog Against Florida in Early Odds for 2020 Rivalry Game in Tallahassee

The Florida Gators have beaten their in-state rival Florida State Seminoles in back-to-back years now, and it certainly doesn't look like the oddsmakers believe that pattern of dominance is going to come to an end this year either.
Even with the 2020 college football offseason experiencing some unprecedented spring delays and cancellations, the odds and spreads around more than 100 of this fall's biggest matchups are now available on FanDuel Sportsbook.

Florida vs FSU Spread 2020
Sitting months away from the 65th edition of the "Sunshine Showdown," Florida has already opened as a compelling 10.5-point favorite to beat Florida State on the road in Tallahassee later this fall, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
Despite an active two-year losing streak to Florida, the Seminoles have won two of the past three meetings with the Gators at home in Doak Campbell Stadium. However, with the Gators returning QB Kyle Trask, Florida projects to be yet another top-10 program in the 2020 season already, while FSU enters new territory in its first year under head coach Mike Norvell.

There's still plenty of time for things to change between now and this 2020 in-state rivalry kickoff, but the Gators remain considerable early favorites for the time being. Barring any scheduling changes we may see, Florida State is currently set to host Florida at Doak Campbell Stadium on Saturday, Nov. 28, 2020.
