Florida vs Tennessee Spread 2020
Sitting months away from the Week 4 SEC matchup, Florida has been deemed an early 7-point favorite to beat Tennessee on the road in their own house at Neyland Stadium, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
Despite the turnover, the Gators enter this season ready to compete for the top spot in the SEC East. The defense features a feared cornerback duo of Kaiir Elam and Marco Wilson. On offense, Kyle Trask should retain starting duties as one of the top passers in the conference, and especially after 2019's Week 1 starting QB Feleipe Franks transferred to Arkansas. He returns many top receiving weapons, while also getting some key transfers to join this offense and add needed depth.

Tennessee will look to continue last season's late momentum, with the Vols winning six of their last seven regular season games before defeating the Indiana Hoosiers in thrilling fashion to win the 2020 TaxSlayer Gator Bowl. It is the third year of the Jeremy Pruitt era, which means the pressure is on for the Vols. This is the season where a coach's changes and culture are finally felt, and Tennessee looks ready to make some noise.
There's still plenty of time for things to change between now and this 2020 SEC East showdown, but the Gators remain convincing road favorites for the time being. Barring any scheduling changes we may see, Tennessee is currently set to host Florida at at Neyland Stadium on Saturday, Sept. 24, 2020.
