The Philadelphia Eagles have been the best team in football all year. That's been evident by their No. 1 seed in the NFC, their relative ease in passing through the conference playoffs and their date with the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl 57.

It's been a master class by head coach Nick Sirianni in his second full season at the helm. Philly is elite on both sides of the ball while young quarterback Jalen Hurts has blossomed into a superstar.

Surprisingly, one member of the division rival New York Giants thinks Sirianni is getting too much credit. Giants safety Julian Love appeared on NFL Network's "Good Morning Football" and threw some major shade at the Eagles' coach.

In Love's view, Sirianni is merely coasting off of the success of his players and their talent on the field, but isn't actually contributing much to their success. It's a weird diss, to be sure.

Love has a point about players ultimately deciding who wins and loses, but saying Sirianni has essentially done nothing to improve Philadelphia is a stretch. You also have to consider the context here, as Love is likely just salty after losing to the Eagles three times this year, including during the playoffs.

Time will tell how Sirianni handles his first Super Bowl as a head coach. Phillyy heads into Super Bowl 57 as a 1.5-point favorite per the Super Bowl odds on FanDuel Sportsbook.
