The Week 4 "Thursday Night Football" game between the Green Bay Packers and Philadelphia Eagles was one of the most exciting prime time games we've seen so far this season. While it was a thrilling game to watch, there were a number of injuries suffered on both sides.

Most notably, Packers wide receiver Davante Adams left the contest late in the second half with a right toe injury.

Davante Adams Injury Report

The initial injury report is that Adams is battling turf toe, something that could linger, especially for a wide receiver. He is scheduled to see a specialist, but if it is indeed turf toe, the Pro Bowl wideout's Week 5 status could be in question.

Before suffering the injury, Adams caught 10 balls for a career-high 180 yards. While this is bad news for the Packers and Adams' fantasy owners, it does open the door for Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Geronimo Allison.

Valdes-Scantling has 16 receptions for 216 yards and a touchdown through four games, while Allison has eight catches for 76 yards and two TDs.

Both of these receivers should see an immediate boost to their respective fantasy values if Adams does miss time. While MVS and Allison are typically FLEX plays or WR3s with WR2 upside, Adams' absence from the Packers' lineup could make them both clear-cut WR2s moving forward.
