The Buffalo Bills begin their playoff journey on Sunday against the Miami Dolphins. Buffalo has plenty to play for outside of advancing in the postseason, as injured safety Damar Hamlin is on the minds of many while he recovers from his scary on-field incident.
Though Hamlin won't be able to suit up on Sunday, he made sure to give his support to his teammates before kickoff.
Hamlin tweeted out words of encouragement right before the Bills take the field at 1 p.m. ET. He said he wants nothing more than to be out there playing alongside his teammates, but he'll be rooting from home.
Hamlin's message is a reminder of what Buffalo is playing for, aside from a Lombardi trophy. This team has become a true family while fighting through the adversity of this season. With one of their brothers sidelined, they want to make sure they come through for him.
Expect the Bills to come out in full force with the home crowd behind them and Hamlin in their hearts. Buffalo is a 13.5-point favorite ahead of kickoff, according to FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL odds.
