D.J. Moore Fantasy Value Skyrocketing Based on Recent Performances With Kyle Allen at QB

D.J. Moore had a slow start to the 2019 season but has recently caught fire as the fantasy football season winds down — much to his fantasy owners' delight.
The second-year wideout has been nearly unstoppable since the Carolina Panthers came of their Week 7 bye, and has yet to finish worse than WR17 in PPR scoring since Week 9.

Week 3: PPR WR33
Week 4: WR51
Week 5: WR20
Week 6: WR20
<bye>
Week 8: WR51
Week 9: WR17
Week 10: WR9
Week 11: WR15
Week 12: WR3
That kind of production is bordering on elite for Moore, and considering how much Kyle Allen has leaned on his top receiver since the bye, fantasy owners should expect more of the same.
The 23-year-old wideout has averaged nearly 11 targets, seven receptions and 96 yards receiving per game since Carolina's bye. And while his scoring potential has remained suspect over that span (just two TDs), Moore has seen 10 of Carolina's red zone targets this year, second only to Christian McCaffrey (12).

The sky is the limit for Moore based on the volume he's seen since Week 8 and his fantasy playoffs-bound owners should be licking their chops looking at his remaining schedule. The 23-year-old has one the more receiver-friendly remaing schedules, with games against the Atlanta Falcons (26.8 fantasy points per game, No. 30 in the NFL), Seattle Seahawks (No. 16 in the NFL), and Indianapolis Colts (No. 19 in the NFL) slated for Week 14 through Week 16.
Looking into the more immediate future, however, Moore should be a no-brainer start in Week 13. Currently the WR13 in our Week 13 PPR Rankings, the second-year wideout draws a favorable matchup against the Washington Redskins and their 21st-ranked pass defense (according to Football Outsiders' DVOA metrics).
