Dallas Cowboys star CeeDee Lamb was forced to leave his team's Week 11 game early with a head injury. Lamb has been diagnosed with a concussion and ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game.

CeeDee Lamb Injury Update

This update now threatens his Week 12 fantasy football outlook.

CeeDee Lamb Fantasy Outlook

Lamb, the current WR13 in PPR scoring, was set for an increased role in this Cowboys offense with Amari Cooper sidelined. This injury could put his dominance on hold, though.

Dallas will be on short rest in Week 12 due to playing on Thanksgiving against the Las Vegas Raiders. That leaves just three full days for Lamb to recover from this serious ailment before suiting up again.

Given how concussion protocol can take weeks for players to clear, it's hard to see Lamb being available.

Fantasy managers with Lamb rostered should start making backup plans or identifying waive-wire targets heading into Week 12. Michael Gallup could operate as Dallas' WR1 if Lamb and Cooper both sit on Thursday, and Cedrick Wilson would be in for a major uptick as the No. 2 receiver if those two stars sit.
