The Philadelphia Phillies shocked St. Louis Cardinals manager Oliver Marmol and his squad in Game 1 of the NL Wild Card series. Philly exploded for a wacky six-run rally in the 9th and walked away with the crucial 1-0 series lead.

With an early postseason elimination on the line, Marmol revealed his Game 2 lineup.

Cardinals Game 2 Lineup

The lineup, shared on St. Louis' Twitter account, features some notable changes from Game 1.

Lars Nootbaar moves over from RF into CF to make room for Juan Yepez, who had a chance to be the Game 1 hero before the 9th inning collapse. Yepez accounted for both of St. Louis' runs on a pinch hit big fly in the 7th inning.

Yepez replaces Dylan Carlson, who went 0-for-2 in the series opener but worked a pair of walks.

The Cardinals Game 1 lineup managed very little success against a strong performance from Phillies starter Zack Wheeler. Wheeler allowed just 2 hits and 0 runs in 6.1 innings of work.

Saturday's tilt could end up an emotional one for the Cardinals and their fanbase. This will mark the final appearances of future Hall of Famers Albert Pujols and Yadier Molina, should St. Louis not force a deciding Game 3 on Sunday.

The sports betting markets project St. Louis to get sent home early. FanDuel Sportsbook's MLB odds show the Cardinals as +102 moneyline underdogs compared to Philadelphia's -120 odds.
