The Tampa Bay Buccaneers got a test to open their season, but they came up clutch to defeat the Dallas Cowboys. Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay offense looked even better than last year's championship-winning group, and that should evoke fear in the rest of the league.

Unsurprisingly, the Bucs' Super Bowl odds on FanDuel Sportsbook have climbed following their Week 1 showing.

Buccaneers Super Bowl Odds

Tampa Bay entered the season-opener with +650 odds to win Super Bowl LVI. However, their Thursday night win has bumped those odds up to +550, putting them right on the Kansas City Chiefs' heels (+500).

The Bucs looked on the verge of defeat after leading for almost the entire game. But Brady led a furious charge to get into field goal position, and Ryan Succop delivered from 36 yards before time expired.

Tampa Bay pulled out the win despite totaling less yards than the Cowboys and committing four turnovers, showcasing how this team can never be counted out. If they clean up their mistakes, this team is bound for another championship run.

The Bucs will look to remain unbeaten as they prep for a Week 2 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons.
