3 Best Prop Bets for Browns vs Steelers AFC Wild Card Game
By Max Staley

The Cleveland Browns take on the division-rival Pittsburgh Steelers in what's shaping up to be one of the most intriguing matchups of Wild Card Weekend. Pittsburgh is currently a 5.5-point favorite over Cleveland, according to FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL playoff odds.
If you're looking to get a little more creative with your wagering this weekend, there are a ton ofNFL prop bets available on FanDuel Sportsbook. Here are three of the best prop bets for this Browns-Steelers divisional clash.
3. To Score First and Lose: Cleveland Browns (+260)
Due to COVID protocols, the Browns will be forced to play without their head coach and play caller Kevin Stefanski. While Stefanski can't have any contact with the team once the game kicks off, he still was allowed to script the team's first 15 or so plays as usual. Don't be surprised if Stefanski's script leads to an opening-drive score, as the Browns will likely be coming out with an us-against-the-world mentality. Still, with so much working against this team, it's hard to see Cleveland actually pulling off the upset.
2. Diontae Johnson - Receiving Yards: Over 63.5 (-112)
When he's not dropping easy screen passes, Diontae Johnson has clearly established himself as the Steelers' top option in the passing game. Despite missing chunks of time due to injury, Johnson finished eighth in the NFL with 144 targets. He was also been extremely productive in the second half of the regular season, averaging 76.6 receiving yards on 11.3 targets per game. Johnson has eclipsed this total in five of his last eight games. Facing a Browns' secondary he torched for 96 yards in Week 17, that will once again be without shutdown CB Denzel Ward, Johnson should be in for another nice showing.
1. Any Time Touchdown Scorer: Chase Claypool (+155)
Chase Claypool enters the Wild Card Round with a real "secret weapon" vibe. The rookie scored a whopping 10 TDs through his first 11 games, but the team carefully managed his usage over the next few weeks. It seems like this was done to avoid the Notre Dame product hitting the "rookie wall." Now that he's fresh, expect the size-speed freak to be unleashed in the NFL Playoffs. The Browns got a taste of what he can do when featured in Week 17, as Claypool turned 11 targets into 101 receiving yards and a score. Equally capable of scoring from a distance or in short-yardage situations, Claypool has a good shot to find pay dirt here.
