Broncos Potential Trade-Up Partner in NFL Draft Revealed
By Larry Rupp

The 2021 NFL Draft kicks off on Thursday night and there has already been two blockbuster trades within the top 10 overall picks. Don't be surprised if there is another one given the Denver Broncos are rumored to be looking to trade up in order to select a quarterback.
A potential trade-up partner for the Broncos was recently revealed as it seems the Miami Dolphins may be willing to move down a few spots from No. 6. This could be a win-win scenario if the Denver is able to grab a QB and Miami can still draft an offensive weapon at No. 9 overall.
.@PFN365’s @TonyPauline says on a media conference call that he thinks the Dolphins would be willing to move down and make a deal with Denver to go from 6 to 9. Pauline notes that the Dolphins don’t want to move down that far; they want to stay in the top 12.

Broncos Trade Up Rumors
It is no secret that the Broncos' current starting quarterback Drew Lock has struggled in his first two seasons. Lock threw for just 16 touchdowns in 13 starts last season and ended up tied for the league lead in interceptions (15). Denver may still be in search for its franchise signal-caller.
As for the Dolphins, they seem to have a lot of different options at No. 6. However, they may feel good enough about the depth of talent in this draft to move down. They would likely still be able to grab a playmaking wide receiver like DeVonta Smith or Jaylen Waddle while also acquiring more draft capital in the process.
This is just one of many different trade rumors circulating as the draft comes closer and closer. The Broncos seem to be pushing hard and it'll be intriguing to see if they are able to get a deal done before they are on the clock. There is no doubt that this will be an exciting first round.
