The 2021 regular season wasn't as easy as years past for the Atlanta Braves. Despite the slew of injury struggles and, at times substandard play, the postseason is here and Atlanta will be a part of it.

For the fourth consecutive year, Atlanta enters the MLB playoffs after an NL East division title. On Monday, in honor of this special time of year, the Braves social media team released an epic hype video for their World Series quest in October. It will give you chills.

Atlanta Braves Playoffs

The narrative of the video beautifully illustrates the resilience of this 2021 Braves squad. Atlanta overcame a season-ending injury to its best player in Ronald Acuna Jr., amongst a myriad of other injuries.

But, in the end, the Braves managed 88 wins and finished top-10 in multiple offensive and pitching metrics. Atlanta scored 4.91 runs per game, on the backs of offensive outbursts from Freddie Freeman, Ozzie Albies and Austin Riley. That 4.91 runs per game ranks seventh in baseball.

On the pitching end, Max Fried and Charlie Morton pitched to ERAs hovering around 3.00 while Will Smith converted 37 saves. In total, the Braves pitching staff notched a 3.88 ERA, good enough for the eighth-lowest mark in baseball.

This team is legit and somewhat flying under the radar. Entering the postseason, the Braves rank T-7th in betting odds (+1200) to win the World Series on FanDuel Sportsbook.
