The Buffalo Bills are gearing up for their first playoff game of the year this weekend. Buffalo is hoping this is the first of several wins en route to a Super Bowl appearance.
Unfortunately, two players may not be able to join the team on Sunday.
Wide receiver Isaiah McKenzie and defensive tackle Jordan Phillips have both been listed as questionable for the Wild Card matchup against the Miami Dolphins. McKenzie is nursing a hamstring issue, while Phillips has a shoulder problem.
Either player missing this contest would certainly hurt the Bills' depth. McKenzie has been a key part of this high-powered passing offense this season, setting career highs in receptions (42) and yards (423) while also scoring five total times. He's figured into the return game as well, giving Buffalo another option on special teams.
Phillips, meanwhile, has struggled with his health this campaign. He missed five games during the regular season and was able to only log one start for Buffalo in 2022. He's recorded 1.5 sacks this year while being in and out of the lineup.
It remains to be seen if the Bills will have to play without either guy on Wild Card Weekend. For now, Buffalo is a 13.5-point favorite over Miami, according to FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL odds.
