The Buffalo Bills made one of the biggest moves in free agency when they signed two-time Super Bowl-winning linebacker Von Miller to a six-year, $120 million contract.

Whether it was with the Denver Broncos or Los Angeles Rams, Miller has become a fan favorite everywhere he's gone. That's why Bills fans will love his reason for signing in Buffalo this offseason.

The door was open for Miller to re-sign with the Rams, but he opted to join the Bills in what he described as "one of the hardest decisions I've ever made." However, being "part of something special" was enough to sell him on leaving the hot Los Angeles weather for Buffalo.

"What they're doing here is extremely special. They're going to win a Super Bowl with or without me. They've built an amazing team."

The Bills have been on the rise in recent years, but back-to-back losses to the Kansas City Chiefs in the playoffs have left them wanting more. One of general manager Brandon Beane's goals this offseason was to improve the pass rush and adding Miller certainly addresses that need.

The 32-year-old defender has racked up 115.5 sacks in 150 career games. Miller was still solid with 9.5 sacks, 17 quarterback hits and 30 pressures in 15 games between the Broncos and Rams last season. The fact that he has two Super Bowl rings is just the icing on the cake.

No team will face as much pressure as the Bills in the 2022 NFL season. FanDuel Sportsbook is currently favoring them to win Super Bowl LVII at +650 odds. Time will tell if the Bills' offseason additions will be enough to land them the first championship in franchise history.
