Monday's March Madness national championship game between the North Carolina Tar Heels and Kansas Jayhawks tips off at 9:20 p.m. ET on TBS. The Jayhawks are a 4.5-point favorite over the Tar Heels and the over/under is 153.5 points on FanDuel Sportsbook.

Here's three of the best prop bets for the Tar Heels-Jayhawks game, courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook.

North Carolina vs Kansas Prop Bets

1. North Carolina Total Points - Under 74.5 (-110)

This might be more difficult for many bettors to play, as the Tar Heels are averaging nearly 82 points per game in the NCAA Tournament. But UNC players left it all on the floor against rival Duke in the semifinals, and a letdown is inevitable, even with a national championship on the line. Remember Gonzaga in last year's title game against Baylor off of their big OT win vs UCLA? Looking at UNC's results playing with one day's rest since Feb. 1, the Tar Heels scored 70 and 74 points (regulation) vs Louisville, 73 (regulation) vs Syracuse, 59 vs Virginia Tech on zero days rest, 80 (regulation) vs Baylor and 69 vs St. Peter's. Kansas is bigger, stronger and better defensively than all those teams, which should pose problems.

2. Kansas to Win and Ochai Agbaji to Score 15+ Points (+102)

This same prop bet cashed during the national semifinal game when Ochai Agbaji scored 21 points in Kansas' wire-to-wire win over Villanova, 81-65. Kansas can get their their preferred up-tempo pace even more in this championship matchup, and the Jayhawks won't miss as many 3's as Duke did in going 5-for-22 from the arc against UNC. Kansas made 13-of-24 three-pointers and Agbaji was a sizzling 6-of-7 from the arc vs. Villanova. The Kansas star guard has scored at least 15 points in three of the last four tournament games and UNC ranks below average in defending the perimeter with their strength inside limiting opponents offensive rebounds. You can also take +210 odds for Agbaji to score 20 points in a Kansas win.

3. Win Margin - Kansas by 1-10 Points (+172)

If you like Kansas to win, which we do, and don't want to lay the points or moneyline (-196), then take a solid plus price with a win margin between 1 and 10 points. If you like a blowout, then Kansas to win by 11+ points is +225, or -7.5 is +140.
