Wednesday's NBA slate of Playoff games includes an exciting Game 5 showdown between the Denver Nuggets and Golden State Warriors. FanDuel Sportsbook is currently listing the Warriors as the 8.5-point home favorites over the Nuggets.
Here's three of the best prop bets for the Nuggets-Warriors game, courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook.
Nuggets vs Warriors Player Props
1. Draymond Green - To Score 10+ Points (+162)
Betting on Draymond Green to score double-digit points in a crucial playoff game at plus odds seems too good to be true. The four-time All-Star has cashed this prop in two of the four games this series and it's worth noting that he was in foul trouble for the two times he did not score at least 10 points. Denver also gives up 21.7 points per game to opposing power forwards this season, which is the 10th-highest mark in the NBA. Green has experience playing in big games and has scored at least 10 points in 12 of his last 14 postseason contests. Back that trend to continue on Wednesday night.
2. Jeff Green - Points: Under 5.5 (-108)
This one could get sweaty down the stretch considering all it takes is a few buckets to cash the over. However, Jeff Green is only averaging 4.3 points in 21 minutes played per game during this series. His role off the bench has been that of a veteran defensive player and he has only taken more than three shot attempts in a game once. This is a do-or-die game for the Nuggets and head coach Mike Malone should lean on his starting five as much as possible. That leaves little room for Green to make an impact from a scoring perspective. That's especially true given the Warriors have posted the best defensive efficiency mark in the league.
3. Andrew Wiggins - Rebounds: Over 5.5 (-108)
The Warriors are filled with talented shooters, but Andrew Wiggins' ability to rack up rebounds in this series has been huge. He has logged at least 6 boards in each of the four games and continues to take advantage of a Nuggets team that fails to box him out. Denver allows the 11th-highest opponent defensive rebounding percentage in the NBA (77.9%) and cannot seem to get their own misses. Overall, Wiggins averages 6.1 rebounds per game across 9 playoff contests. Players like Nikola Jokic and Draymond Green may be the focal points on the boards. Wiggins is the one to target here, though.
