The 2021 NBA season is in full swing. Tuesday's basketball action features a primetime matchup between the Charlotte Hornets and Golden State Warriors.
Here's three of the best prop bets for this NBA game, courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook.
Hornets vs Warriors Player Props
1. Gordon Hayward - Points: Under 16.5 (-112)
This matchup pits two of the best offenses in the league, but one of these teams does well defensively. Unfortunately for the Hornets, that's the Warriors. Golden State ranks second in defensive net rating (98.7) and sixth in opponent points (103.0) despite playing the third-fastest pace in the league (102.39). Several Hornets players are likely going to hit their under on points and we'll take a shot at Gordon Hayward, who plays with a 19.7% usage rate, the fourth-lowest mark of Charlotte's starters.
2. Stephen Curry - Points: Over 32.5 (-108)
We just mentioned pace and let's go back to points because of it. Stephen Curry leads the entire NBA in points per game (28.7) on an insane 32.2% usage. Charlotte surrenders the second-most points in the NBA (115.0) and plays with a dismal 111.1 defensive net rating. Curry should be all over the court in this one and there's no garbage time based on the 5.5-point spread.
3. Miles Bridges - Rebounds: Under 6.5 (-102)
One of the biggest surprises on this Golden State squad is the overall team rebounding effort. Golden State rates second in defensive rebounding percentage (78.3%) and hauls in the third-most rebounds per game (39.8). With the length of Andrew Wiggins and Draymond Green defending the wings and interior, 7 rebounds will be a tough mark for Miles Bridges to surpass.
