Criticism of the old sports adage "playing not to lose" sure as hell doesn't apply to fantasy football. While winning your fantasy league should, of course, be your utmost priority, ensuring that you don't finish in last has also become an extremely important part of the game in many leagues.

Fantasy owners are getting a lot more creative with their last-place punishments, and that's bad news for those who finish at the bottom of their league. With that in mind, here are the funniest last-place punishments that we've seen recently.

8. Mimicking the ESPN Body Issue

When you think of someone in good shape, your mind doesn't exactly jump to "fantasy football player."

7. Making Your Friend Wear a Male Romper

No one, I repeat, no one, can pull this look off.

6. LaVar Ball Tattoo

Anyone who doesn't find this tattoo hilarious is decidedly not a "Big Baller."

5. Cover Someone in Peanut Butter Before Sending Them to a Dog Park

Uh, yikes.

4. Throw a One-Man Loser Parade

The participants here paraded their friend around on this float, to the tune of "Barbie Girl." If we're going for maximum embarrassment, I would've suggested some of Aaron Carter's early work, or perhaps, Nickelback. Other than that, the execution was spot on.

3. Fully Waxing Your Legs

Go rewatch the waxing scene from "The 40-Year-Old Virgin." "Kelly Clarkson" is not what the last-place loser is going to be screaming.

2. Re-Taking the SAT or ACT And Posting Your Score on Social Media

Most of us have let a few things from the classroom slip since high school, and this is just tangible data that publicly proves it.

1. 5-Minute Stand-Up Comedy Routine

If you think "The Office" is hilariously cringeworthy, just wait until your friend tries to make a room full of unsuspecting strangers laugh. Spoiler alert: stand-up comedy is hard, your leaguemate is not funny, but watching him/her bomb almost certainly will be.
