Following the 2021 NFL Draft, it didn't take long for FanDuel Sportsbook to post teams' odds to win their divisions. In the NFC North, the Chicago Bears (+300) are being disrespected with the third-best odds to win the division.

The Bears made another bold move on draft day and moved up nine spots in the first round to draft QB Justin Fields No. 11 overall. Should Fields develop quickly and get a chance to play ahead of one year plug-and-play option Andy Dalton, the Bears may surprise more than just the experts and oddmakers.

Chicago Bears Odds to Win NFC North

The favorite to win the NFC North is the Greee Bay Packers (-125), but those odds could change with the rumblings surrounding QB Aaron Rodgers. If Rodgers is traded, the Bears' current +300 odds should improve and the team may compete with the Minnesota Vikings (+270) for the division title. The Detroit Lions (+2100) are given nearly no chance to win the NFC North this upcoming season.

The Bears have improved defensive personnel, but it will be up to Dalton or Fields to get the Bears offense untracked. What if Fields develops quickly and turns into a Rookie of the Year like Justin Herbert did for the Los Anteles Chargers last season?

Fields (+500) is the second favorite behind Trevor Lawrence (+270) to win Offensive Rookie of the Year, so the oodsmakers seem to believe he's ready to step in and make an immediate impact.

It's a tall order for a rookie quarterback to lead a team to the playoffs or a division title in his first year. But Fields has franchise QB potential and he could make teams pay for passing on him by balling out in 2021.
